Jiu Jitsu might seem intimidating at first but that’s because adult classes are a lot more different than the kid’s classes are. For starters, it takes a much different instructor for kid’s classes than the adult classes. It takes patience and a cautious person to be able to instruct children and we make sure to train our kid’s instructors in order to be the best suited to train kids.

In our free 30-day trial,

your child will learn a technique and also many exercises that tie in to that technique. He or she will also be a part of some fun games that the instructor might throw in to reward the kids. In the kid’s classes its important to teach discipline but also allow them to have some fun when appropriate. All of the kids in the program know there is a time to pay attention and a time to have fun. Your child will gain confidence and learn self-defense in the whole program and possibly pick up on a little bit during the 30-days!
