Kickboxing is the sport of using kicks and boxing-style punches to defeat an opponent in a similar way to that of standard boxing. Kickboxing is often practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a full-contact sport.Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is similar to kickboxing with the exception that kicks to the legs, the use of elbows, and knees are allowed.
Cardio kickboxing has all the training aspects of traditional kickboxing without the full contact sparring.
